Meet our Loyno Abroad Storytellers

Your story is one of the most valuable things you can share!  Loyno Abroad Storytellers are student volunteers who share aspects of their experiences with our social media audiences as their adventures abroad unfold. Storytellers participate in virtual events and provide content for use in Study Abroad promotional materials.

Harrison Fournet

Harrison (he/him) is a junior Digital Filmmaking major from New Orleans, Louisiana. He is studying through ISEP Exchange at Sogang University in Seoul, South Korea. Harrison chose to study in Seoul because of their unique food culture and urban landscape. South Korea is also a major player within the film industry, which Harrison wants to learn more about. Harrison's goal for studying in South Korea is to step out of his comfort zone by meeting new people and experiencing new things in order to become a more well-rounded individual. He enjoys creating videos and taking photos of his adventures, as well as skateboarding, making music, and exploring nature. You can check out his experience abroad on Instagram (@no.sirrah) or Youtube (@HarrisonFournet).

Josi Guidry

Josi is a junior Mass Communications and Political Science major from Lake Charles, Louisiana. She is studying abroad in Maynooth, Ireland through Loyola University’s study abroad program at Maynooth University. Josi chose this part of Ireland because it is close to Dublin, and wanted to be close to a big city! Josi’s goal is to travel throughout Europe, visiting as many countries as she can since this will be her first time abroad. She loves to try new restaurants, visit museums, and visit historical sites! Follow along on her journey abroad by following her Instagram, @JosiGuidry.

Francesca Salerno

Francesca (she/her) is a junior Forensic Chemistry major from New York. She is studying abroad at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore through Loyola Exchange in Milan, Italy! Francesca chose this program because although she has traveled to Italy before, she has never been to Milan and is excited for these new experiences to come. One of her goals is to take as many pictures as she can of all the beautiful things Italy (and hopefully other countries on her travels) has to offer including the architecture and of course, food! You can check out her experience abroad on Instagram @_francescaanne_ .
